Ocean, a gentle senior and single mom, had been rescued from an overcrowded shelter by Muddy Paws Rescue in New York City.
On their date, Scarlett made sure Ocean felt truly special. The day included a relaxing spa session, complete with a dog-friendly smoothie, a mani-pedi, and all the cuddles she could want.
